Wolf Total Fitness offers excellent fitness classes included with your monthly membership. We have a spacious room separate from the gym specifically for our classes. Group classes are a fun way to get and stay fit.

Vinyasa is a type of Yoga in which the positions flow together. Stretches, strengthens and builds balance throughout the entire body.

Taekwondo (/ˈtaɪˈkwɒnˈdoʊ/) is a Korean martial art with a heavy emphasis on kicks.
